Facilities Maintenance Worker – Part-Time

Pay: $26.07–$27.38/hour depending on experience

Schedule: 3 days/week 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Assignment: Temporary through December

We are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Worker to assist with basic building maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and move office furniture and equipment.

• Perform basic repairs painting and maintenance.

• Use hand and power tools.

• Assist with office setup and layouts.

• Respond to basic maintenance requests.

• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas safe.

Requirements:

• Valid California Driver’s License.

• Clean driving record.

• Live Scan/background clearance required.

• Basic maintenance and tool experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
